(Module 1)  Beginning Bridge Classes:  $50.00 for the 4-week course>

        This course incudes all materials.  The course covers basic duplicate bridge concepts including correct bidding sequences

        and hand valuations.  Notrump and Stayman are also included.  The class meets once a week.

                Mondays, January 5, 12, 19, February 2 (no class January 26):  9:30 - 11:30 a.m.

                Tuesdays, March 3, 10, 24, 31 (no class March 17):  9:30 - 11:30 a.m.

 

(Module 2)  Advancing Novice Classes:  $50.00 for the 4-week course.

        This course covers Jacoby transfers, overcalls, negative doubles, and takeout doubles.  The class meets once a week.

                Wednesdays, January 14, 21, February 4, 11  (no class January 28):  9:30 - 11:30 a.m.

                Mondays, February 9, 23, March 2, 9, (no class February 16):  9:30 - 11:30 a.m.

 

(Module 3)  Intermediate Class (covering Two-over-One, 2/1):  $50.00 for the 4-week course.

        This course covers an introduction to the 2-over-1 bidding system which includes 1 NT forcing.  The course

        also covers strong two-club bids and Roman Key Card Blackwood.  The class meets once a week.

                Tuesdays, January 13, 20, February 3, 10 (no class January 27):  9:30 - 11:30 a.m.

                Wednesdays, February 18, 25, March 4, 11:  9:30 - 11:30 a.m.

0 - 49 Points Sanctioned Game  (Players must have 49 or fewer points)

        Every Monday and Saturday, 12:30 - 3:45 p.m.

 

Supervised Play  (Players may ask questions)

        Every Tuesday and Wednesday 12:30 - 3:45

 

 

Doty Bridge will be introducing Duplicate Immersion designed for players with some basic knowledge of bridge.  This is a 3 day bridge marathon of lessons and play. 

STUDENTS WILL LEARN BASICS OF Duplicate Bridge in morning lessons  and put what they have learned into practice by playing sanctioned games in the afternoons.   The $50.00 course fee includes all teaching materials and card fees.
